Welcome to robelooks.com (the “Site”). By accessing or purchasing from the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By purchasing, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3) Products & Print-on-Demand Model

  • Items are produced on demand after your order is placed. Minor variations in color, placement, or sizing can occur and are normal for POD manufacturing.
  • Main product lines include T-Shirts, Hawaiian Shirts, Hoodies, Ugly Sweaters, Baseball Jerseys, AOP T-Shirts/Hoodies/Sweatshirts.

Fan-Art Disclaimer. Designs are fan-made tributes and are not licensed or endorsed by the NFL or any team. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

4) Pricing, Taxes & Availability

  • Prices are in USD and may change without notice.
  • We may correct typographical or systems errors (including pricing) at any time; if a correction affects your order, we will contact you for options.
  • Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where required.

5) Orders, Payment & Security

  • We process payments exclusively via PayPal (major cards supported through PayPal checkout).
  • Orders are accepted at our discretion. We may cancel or limit quantities for fraud screening, inventory or print capacity, or policy reasons.
  • For security, we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Change/Cancellation Window. Contact us within 12 hours of purchase to request changes or cancellation. Once an order enters production, it may no longer be editable.

6) Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Fee: Free on all U.S. orders.
  • Order Cut-Off: Orders paid before 2:00 PM CT begin processing the same business day; after that, next business day.
  • Production & Transit Estimates (business days, Mon–Fri, excluding holidays):
    • 2D products printed in the U.S. (T-Shirt): Handling 1–2 · Transit 4–7
    • 3D/AOP products printed in Asia (Ugly Sweater, AOP T-Shirt, AOP Hoodie, Baseball Jersey, AOP Sweatshirt, Hawaiian Shirt): Handling 3–5 · Transit 10–12

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link. Orders with mixed items may ship in multiple packages. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

7) Returns & Exchanges

We offer 60-day free returns on all items in new condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged). Exchanges ship free after the return is accepted.

All Site content (text, images, designs, logos) is owned by RobeLooks or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without our written permission.

9) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Site;
  • Misuse the Site for abusive, fraudulent, or illegal purposes.

We may suspend or restrict access for violations.

10) Warranties & Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RobeLooks / KIMBERLYRB LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or use. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RobeLooks / KIMBERLYRB LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

13) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Mexico for disputes that are not subject to informal resolution between us.

14) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, carrier disruptions, power or internet outages).

15) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the revised Terms.
