No extra fees from us. We don’t charge a surcharge for using PayPal.

How Checkout Works (Step-by-Step)

1. Add items to cart → Checkout.
2. Choose Pay with PayPal.
3. Log in to PayPal or select Pay with Debit/Credit Card.
4. Confirm shipping address & payment → Pay Now.
5. You’ll be redirected back to RobeLooks for order confirmation.

Order cut-off: payments completed before 2:00 PM CT enter processing the same business day.

Security & Privacy

• Payments run on PayPal’s encrypted platform; we never store full card numbers on our servers.
• Your statement may show “RobeLooks” or *“PAYPAL ROBELOOKS”** depending on your bank.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method via PayPal.
• Processing time: 3–5 business days after we approve the refund.

Common Questions

Do I need a PayPal account?
No—select Pay with Debit or Credit Card to check out as a guest (availability varies by region/bank).

Why is my payment “Pending/On Hold”?
PayPal may flag reviews for security or eCheck transfers. We’ll ship once PayPal clears the payment.

Can you split payments?
Not at this time—one PayPal transaction per order.

What currency do you charge?
