Shipping Policy

We keep it simple: shipping is free on every order. All timelines below are in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).


1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to: United States of America.
We do not ship to: International addresses at this time.


2. Handling Time

Order cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time (CT) begin processing the same business day; orders placed after the cut-off begin processing the next business day.

Orders are processed within:

  • 2D apparel – T-Shirt: 1–2 business days
  • 3D / All-Over-Print apparel (Ugly Sweater, AOP T-Shirt, AOP Hoodie, Baseball Jersey, AOP Sweatshirt, Hawaiian Shirt): 3–5 business days

Production locations: 2D apparel is printed in the United States. 3D/AOP apparel is produced at vetted Asia partner facilities.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery time after your order is shipped (U.S. destinations):

Heads-up: Delivery times may vary by location and carrier conditions. Weather events, carrier backlogs, or peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday/Christmas) may add a few days.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free on every order
  • Express Shipping: Not offered at this time

5. Shipping Carriers

We use major carriers based on destination and product type, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and for international legs in our supply chain, DHL. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.


6. Tracking Your Order

  • As soon as your package ships, we’ll email you a tracking link.
  • You can check status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
  • Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to show the first carrier scan after label creation.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • Service currently limited to the United States (no international shipping).
  • Please ensure your address is complete and accurate (apt/suite number, valid ZIP). Address issues can delay delivery.
