Carrier scans will update your tracking page automatically.

Heads-up: During peak seasons (Nov–Dec) carriers and production may add 1–3 business days. Tracking numbers can take up to 24–48 hours to activate after you receive them.
FAQs
Tracking says “Not Found.” What now?
This usually means the label was just created. Check back in 24–48 hours for the first scan.
Can I change my address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP (details below). Shipped orders can’t be re-routed.
Why is one item delivered but not the other?
Different items or sizes may ship in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
What if my package is late or shows “Delivered” but I don’t have it?
- Check with household members and neighbors.
- Look for carrier notes (porch, mailbox, leasing office).
- If still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
